Product Description
WL-AD391 is a water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion designed for formulating high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings when combined with water-based isocyanate curing agents. Ideal for topcoats and clear coats on metal and wood substrates.
Features: High hydroxyl content, rapid hardness development, high cross-linking density, excellent weathering/chemical resistance, and superior decorative properties.
Note: This dispersion can directly substitute Bayhydrol A2695.
Applications: Compatible with low-viscosity hydrophilized hardeners for high-quality coatings on metal, plastic, and wood surfaces.

Application Guidelines

Formulation Recommendations
- Resin (Component A) Solvents: DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG, etc.
- Curing Agent (Component B) Solvents: PGDA, PMA, PMA + DBE (1:1 or 1:2 ratio).
- Critical Note: High initial viscosity of mixed components reduces pot life.
Processing Stability
Not recommended for color paste grinding: Mechanical stress during grinding may compromise dispersion stability.
