Product Description
WQ-661 chrome-like effect coatings resin is a one component self drying with high gloss solvent –based resin, used with aluminum pigment to make a coatings has a plating effect comparable to silver, it is called "silver plating" coatings. After drying, the surface of substrates is flat and smooth, chrome-like(mirror-like) effect can be obtained.
Special resin chrome-like effect coatings resin has wide and compatible applications, good adhesion with ABS/PC/Zinc&Magnesium Alloy materials, make the electroplated-effect more excellent and obvious. Self-dry after 4 hours at the normal temperature or dry after 15 mins’ baking at 180℃. Also be used in normal plastics paint to improve the fineness and whiteness of aluminum powder by adding 7% aluminum paste and get the electropated-effect. In addition, it can improve the leveling of paint and arrangement of aluminum powder, which has more effective than CAB`s function and endure 100-times rubbing by Alcohol.

Packaging and Storage

1. The ink should be sealed after use, away from the fire, 5℃ - 25℃ conditions can be stored for one year, avoid strong light exposure, prevent contact with strong acid, alkali.
2. Keep lids tightly sealed, Store in cool and dry place in tightly closed lid.
3. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight, Prevent formation of dust.
4. Ensure good ventilation, After long time storage, the paste becomes drier than before.
5. Handle gently, and no acute collision. Transport in strict accordance with local transport regulations.
